We are looking for passionate Beauty Therapists to join our team at 5* hotel spa.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with salon services. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;
- Up-selling and cross promoting our other products and treatments.
- Uses her/his passion to deliver great customer service
- Ensures Health and Safety requirements are maintained within the treatment area.

Qualifications
- High standards in customer care and hygiene
- previous working experience in Luxury spas (will be considered as advantage)
- Eagerness to help the customer achieve his/her objectives for visiting the spa.
- ability to do customer consultations, upselling and sales of retail products in the treatment room or after treatment.
- Qualified in multiple functions massage therapists, beauticians, wax, and body therapies  
- Face Massage Diploma will be considered an extra advantage.
- English language.
