Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, including team scheduling, people management, inventory control, and guest experience
Uphold the highest standards of service and treatment quality across all spa offerings
Drive profitability through strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue generation initiatives
Develop, implement, and monitor S.O.Ps in line with company policies and ensure continuous compliance
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
Coach, motivate, and professionally develop the spa team, promoting a positive and collaborative culture
Deliver flawless service and consistently exceed guest expectations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Certification in Spa Management or a related field (CIBTAC/CIDESCO)
Proven industry experience in a hotel spa or resort setting
Strong knowledge of spa operations, luxury treatments, and guest service best practices
A genuine passion for wellness and commitment to guest satisfaction
Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving revenue growth
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Up-to-date knowledge of spa and wellness industry trends, products, and treatments
Business acumen with financial management and budgeting experience
Familiarity with spa booking and management software
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
