Beauticians (Europe – Croatia & Austria)

Are you a beautician living in Europe, ready for the next step in your wellness career? Work in luxury hotels such as Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, AC Hotel Marriott Split, The Isolano Autograph Collection Cres, Arba Resort Valamar Collection Rab, and other premium hotels in Croatia and Obertauern, Austria.

Your Role:
- Deliver professional spa treatments: facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and massages
- Advise guests on treatments and products (cross-sell & up-sell)
- Promote spa packages and encourage bookings
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support spa team with daily duties (setup, towels, reception support, etc.)

Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a beautician in 4- or 5-star hotels (preferred)
- Beautician diploma (minimum 4-year high school or equivalent)
- Additional training/certifications (preferred)
- English or German (advanced)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and professional
- Experience with international guests
