We are looking for a well-organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our new hair wellness and treatment studio in Oman. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a warm, professional attitude. Experience in salons, spas, or wellness centers is preferred.
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in scheduling appointments, coordinating daily operations, and supporting the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all client appointments, bookings, and scheduling using the salon’s system.
• Welcome clients and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media with professionalism.
• Oversee stock management, including product inventory, ordering, and stock level monitoring.
• Assist the Head Therapist with minor treatment support when required (e.g., preparing products, setting up treatment rooms).
• Support staff coordination, daily task management, and workflow organization.
• Maintain reception cleanliness, product display areas, and overall front-of-house presentation.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in salon/spa reception or customer service roles.
• Basic understanding of hair treatments or spa therapies (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-traffic periods smoothly.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-care mindset.
• Comfortable with booking systems, WhatsApp communication, and POS handling.
