The Sales & Client Engagement Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services through events, roadshows, and outreach activities. This role focuses on engaging customers, understanding their needs, building positive brand experiences, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Events & Outreach
• Assist in planning and executing sales events, roadshows, and promotional activities
• Represent the company professionally and engage walk-in customers
• Introduce and explain products and services clearly and confidently
• Collect customer leads and relevant information during events
Client Engagement & Sales Conversion
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Follow up on event leads to convert enquiries into confirmed sales
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally
Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales outcomes
• Provide basic updates on sales performance and event effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales and engagement strategies
• Stay informed on products, promotions, and market trends
Requirements
• Experience in sales, customer service, events, promotions, or marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with face-to-face customer engagement
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated
• Willing to work weekends or flexible hours when required
