Description du travail :



Couper et tailler les cheveux selon les instructions et les préférences des clients

Shampouiner et rincer les cheveux des clients

Raser et tailler la barbe et la moustache

Proposer une coiffure compatible avec les caractéristiques physiques et les préférences du client

Remplir la tâche de réceptionniste : recevoir les clients, faire la facturation, faire payer le client

Mettre des produits dans les cheveux des clients à leur demande

Faire le ménage de son emplacement

Passer le balai dans le salon le soir et balancer sa caisse



Exigences :



Éducation : Aucun diplôme ou certificat scolaire est exigée.

Un programme d'apprentissage de sept mois à un an OU un autre programme, formation spécialisée, collégiale ou dans une école de soins de beauté, de coiffure ou de barbier est exigée.

Expérience : Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la profession est requis.

Fournir ses équipements de travail, soit ses ciseaux, rasoir, peigne, brosse, sarreau, etc.

Environnement de milieu de travail : Bruyant, Des odeurs.

Techniques de coiffure : Séchage de cheveux, Placer en pointes.

Conditions de travail et capacités physiques : Milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide, Tâches répétitives, Dextérité manuelle, Souci du détail, Coordination oeil-main, Assis, debout et marcher, Debout pour une longue période.

Qualités personnelles: Attitude axée sur le client, Sens des responsabilités, Relations interpersonnelles efficaces, Excellente communication orale, Flexibilité, Jugement, Fiable, Esprit d'équipe.

Langue : Le français est requis.



Salaire : 16,10$ de l’heure, 37 heures par semaine.



Avantages sociaux : Commission, pourboires, stationnement gratuit disponible, formation payée par l'employeur. Si un-e candidat-e est prêt-e à déménager pour le poste, l’employeur prend en charge les frais de transport.



Horaire de travail : Flexibilité horaire requise pour ce poste. L’horaire de travail est mardi, mercredi et vendredi de 9h00 à 17h00 dont une demi-heure de repas non payée, jeudi de 9h00 à 20h00 dont une demi-heure pour le dîner et le souper non payée, et samedi de 8h00 à 12h00.
