Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Wellness Concierge to join our team at this Wellness Hotel. Responsibilities

Provide personalised services such as packing and unpacking, and laundry ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Respect and uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times, handling sensitive information with discretion.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and tact, aiming to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or concierge role, preferably in a wellness or hospitality environment.
